10 minutes walk to banani lake. We loved the food and staff, no complains at all. Located within a walk to gulshan baridhara lake, which is about 500 feet away.

Location was good, near the business district and shopping areas. Breakfast had a decent variety of food, and the hotel's staff were helpful.
The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. There were stains on the carpet and dust on the furniture.

The hotel's location was good, situated in a less busy area with leafy streets and some beautiful old colonial buildings. the staff was friendly and obliging of any requests. the ambiance was clean.
There was no outgoing phone facility, making it impossible to make even a local emergency call.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood. The in-house business center was very convenient for my work needs. The staff here were extremely polite and provided excellent service. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered 24-hour room service and housekeeping, which was very convenient.
It was a bit difficult to find food options in the nearby area. However, the hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, so it wasn't a big issue.

Great bed and nice view from the window. the hotel is in a central location and has easy access to public transportation. the breakfast was included in the price and included a variety of food.
The hotel lacked security measures and the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. the bathroom was not clean and the overall service was terrible.
